What is a VITTA Professional Learning Network? In 2009 VITTA has established regional professional learning networks to support the teaching and learning of ICT K-12 throughout Victoria and beyond. There are 12 in Victoria, three in Tasmania, plus some in NSW, Queensland and Fiji. VITTA PLNs are open to all, [not just VITTA members].
